Advertisers Terms
All advertisements and links on the regional directory must be
for musical entertainment.
Priority advertisements must not be for musical entertainment
or entertainment agencies. These are for related business e.g.
party supplies.
Links must be to fully working sites without errors and which
should not contain any pornographic or unsavoury content. Links
must be to sites which do not open third party advertising pop
ups.
Once your advert is uploaded, findliveband.co.uk will notify
you by email and you will have 14 days to request changes to your
ad. After this time you may request up to 2 changes to contact
details per year and these will be made free of charge. Further
changes may be made only at renewal time or on payment of a £10
administration charge.
Upon receiving a cancellation request your ad would be removed
within 14 days of the request being received. To cancel please
e-mail info@findliveband.co.uk.
The sequence of ads within each region will be rotated each month
to move the two ads at the top to the bottom and all other ads
will move up.
In order to maintain the highest standards at all times findliveband.co.uk
reserves the right, without liability, to reject or terminate
any entertainer's advertising, for any reason, at any time, with
or without notice, and whether or not such advertising was previously
acknowledged, accepted, or published. A full pro-rata refund would
be made in such circumstances. |
